Positive: The hotel is very nice and located in a fantastic area, especially if you’re coming to ski. The facilities are comfortable and the location couldn’t be better. Overall, it was a good experience, but it would be great to have a bit more staff presence during the off-season.
Negative: The only slightly odd thing is that during the low season there’s practically no staff around, except for a couple of hours a day. This can cause some inconvenience. For example, when we arrived there was no electricity in the room, and I couldn’t reach anyone by phone, so I had to do a bit of “electrician work” myself to find and switch the circuit breaker back on in the hallway. That said, the staff were very apologetic once we told them what had happened, and they even offered us a discount on the room, which was a nice gesture.
